Following the announcement from the World Health Organization (WHO) of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Cooper’s Luxury Home Collection has been working diligently with our owners to address the issue of travelers who were planning on visiting Park City in the coming weeks. With the increasing travel risks and mass closures of non-essential businesses, we have developed the following policies for guests wishing to alter or cancel their trips.
Reservations scheduled to arrive between 3/10 and 5/10 are eligible for an exception to our standard 60-day cancellation policy. Please contact us at reservations@cooperslhc.com for further details.
We highly recommend reaching out to trip insurance or credit card companies to understand their coverage and benefits.
