Cooper’s will not only guide you through the vacation rental process, but we’ll also take as much of the work off of you as possible. We will run you through how to use all of our services, how to make the most of your vacation home, and how our maintenance methods will best serve your property.
You’ll have the opportunity to set the staging standards and use standards for when guests are in your home. We also provide recommendations for best practices to take the guesswork out of this process.

What is Cooper’s maintenance approach?
Property management in Park City or any winter climate requires expert home knowledge and care. We have established preventative maintenance programs for our homes, including installations of Smart Home systems helping to mitigate any unexpected issues. The Smart Home systems allow us and our owners, to have control over thermostats, entry codes, as well as monitoring flood and freeze sensors. While the Smart Home systems are a piece to our preventative maintenance style, we have our maintenance teams on the ground, performing walk through’s and inspecting our homes. The maintenance team creates yearly preventive plans, making sure inspections, services, and general upkeep is all up to date.

We provide comprehensive concierge services to our guests and homeowners. Our goal with providing concierge services is to help facilitate a seamless experience, encouraging our guests to return to us each year, increasing our guest retention. We provide a simplified and stress-free vacation package, which in turn results in trust and a known level of service.
